Your idea,
made useful.

We build mobile apps, web apps and business tools that solve a specific problem. Start with one useful workflow, then expand once it works for the people using it.

Apps & business software

For founders validating a product and businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools or manual customer processes.

Work directly with the founder. We agree on the deliverables, price and schedule before paid work starts.

Your project can include

  • Discovery, user journey and a defined first release
  • Clickable prototype or working proof of concept
  • Agreed screens, accounts, data and integrations
  • Testing of the important user and failure paths
  • Release preparation, documentation and handover

Decide what the first version must do.

An app can grow expensive when every possible feature becomes a launch requirement. We begin with the person using it and the task they need to finish. A clear first release might let customers book a service, access a learning product, view an account or manage an internal process.

The proposal separates essential features from later ideas. It describes screens, user roles, integrations and acceptance criteria so everyone can recognize when the first version is finished.

Prototype before committing to the whole product.

A clickable prototype can reveal a confusing flow before development. A technical proof of concept can test whether a required integration or AI feature works well enough for the intended job. Neither should be sold as a finished production system.

We use the result to confirm the implementation plan, expected dependencies and milestones. If a third-party platform cannot support a requirement, that needs to be understood before building the rest of the product around it.

Choose the right kind of app.

A browser-based app can be a practical starting point for a portal or internal tool. A mobile app may make more sense when device features, frequent use or an app-store presence matter. We explain the tradeoffs in terms of your users and operating costs.

We also build AI features when they have a specific use, such as answering questions from approved material or assisting a defined task. Responses, access boundaries and failure handling need testing; adding a chat box alone does not make a product useful.

Plan for life after launch.

Your quote identifies development, hosting, external APIs, app-store accounts and support separately. Store review and third-party approvals are controlled by those providers, so acceptance or a submission date cannot be guaranteed.

We agree on access, ownership, deployment responsibilities and maintenance before work starts. Security-sensitive features and payments need dedicated review. We can discuss relevant product experience and the practical requirements of your app during the project review.

Before we start

Clear answers.
A sensible scope.

How much does a custom app cost?

We quote after defining the first useful release. The platform, accounts, integrations and data requirements matter more than a simple screen count.

Can we start with a small version?

Yes. A focused prototype or first release is usually the sensible starting point. We agree on what it proves and what is still needed before production.

Can you take over an existing project?

We can assess it first. Access, code quality, licenses and existing service contracts determine what can be reused.
