The short version. Quick-Start Sprint comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee if we don't ship the agreed deliverables. Voice Starter, Voice Pro, and Voice Concierge Max come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly subscription charge (setup fee handled separately, see Section 2A). Voice Concierge Ultra and Voice Enterprise are not eligible for the first-month refund because the setup involves non-refundable third-party work. Other monthly plans (Monthly Growth, Growth + AI, Growth + AI + UGC) cancel any time with no refund for the current month. Annual prepay is non-refundable except as required by law. Chargebacks are bad for everyone. Please email us first and we will refund eligible charges within 14 days.

How the 30-day money-back works:
Sprint refund.The guarantee is tied to whether we shipped the work, not to your search-ranking outcome. Consistent with Section 7 of our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead, or sales outcome, because Google's algorithm and your competitors' actions are outside any agency's control. The guarantee covers the Quick-Start Sprint fee only. It does not cover ad spend, third-party tool subscriptions, work added outside the deliverable list above, or any monthly subscription.
The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to Monthly Growth, Growth + AI, Growth + AI + UGC, or the Annual Prepay. Your protection on monthly plans is the cancel-anytime right described in Section 2. Your protection on annual prepay is the law-of-your-jurisdiction carve-out described in Section 3.
Cancel online any time. Sign in to our self-serve billing portal with the email on your Stripe receipt and click Cancel: billing.stripe.com/p/login/28E9ALfNS148a7X5421kA00 (link also delivered in your Day-0 kickoff email and on every monthly receipt). One click, no phone call, no "retention specialist", no questions. This satisfies California Business & Professions Code § 17602(c)(2) (SB 313) and the FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (16 C.F.R. § 425) requirement that subscriptions sold online be cancellable online.
Prefer email? You may also cancel by emailing audit@beverlyhillsgrowth.com with subject Cancel my plan. Either path: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next month.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. You keep access to all deliverables up to the end of the paid period. No first-week courtesy refunds. Once you complete checkout on a Monthly Growth / Growth + AI / Growth + AI + UGC plan, the first month is billed and non-refundable; your protection is the click-to-cancel right above, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Exception: where California or your jurisdiction's consumer-protection law requires a different refund treatment, we follow the law.
First-month 30-day money-back guarantee on Voice Starter, Voice Pro, and Voice Concierge Max. If, within 30 days of your first monthly billing date on Voice Starter, Voice Pro, or Voice Concierge Max, you decide the agent is not right for your business, email us with subject Voice first-month refund and we will refund the first monthly subscription charge in full within 14 days. The setup fee is handled separately, as described below. This first-month money-back guarantee does not apply to Voice Concierge Ultra or Voice Enterprise because those tiers involve substantial non-refundable third-party work (HIPAA-aware setup, dedicated voice infrastructure). Voice Concierge Ultra customers may use the 14-day satisfaction window described below on the setup deliverable set.
What the money-back guarantee covers: the base monthly subscription charge only ($597 Starter / $1,497 Pro / $1,997 Concierge Max). The following are NOT eligible for refund under the first-month money-back guarantee because they reflect usage you already consumed or third-party costs we already paid on your behalf:
Practical effect: if your total first-month bill is $4,000 because you consumed 2,000 overage minutes on top of the $1,997 Concierge Max subscription, the maximum refund under this guarantee is $1,997 (the subscription) and you remain responsible for the $1,980 in overage. We surface usage on the monthly Stripe receipt so you see consumption in real time before the next cycle.
Monthly subscription is cancel-anytime, no pro-rated refund. Cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal linked in Section 2 above, or by email to audit@beverlyhillsgrowth.com with subject Cancel my voice plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to the agent through that date.
One-time setup fees are non-refundable. The Voice Receptionist setup fees ($497 Starter / $997 Pro / $997 Concierge Max / $1,997 Concierge Ultra) are non-refundable upon payment. The setup fee compensates non-recoverable work that begins immediately on receipt of payment: Retell agent provisioning, voice-clone licensing, vertical-specific prompt engineering, integration scaffolding, voice talent procurement, and engineering time. Once you pay the setup fee, those third-party and labor costs are committed and cannot be unwound. Do not pay the setup fee until you are sure you want to proceed. The first-month money-back guarantee described above refunds the subscription only; the setup fee is never part of that refund.
Narrow non-delivery carve-out. The single exception to the non-refundable setup fee: if 14 days after we receive your kickoff assets (phone number, booking calendar link, services and pricing list, FAQ, brand voice notes) we have NOT delivered a working AI receptionist on your phone number capable of completing one successful test call, email us with subject Voice setup non-delivery and we will refund the setup fee in full within 14 days. This protects you against the extreme case where build fails entirely; it does not apply to refinement requests, change-of-mind, business closure, voice preferences, integration scope creep, or any outcome unrelated to actual delivery.
No outcome-based refunds. Consistent with Section 7 of the Terms of Service, we do not refund the setup fee or the monthly subscription based on the agent's call-resolution quality, the number of booked appointments, or any business outcome you hoped for. Those depend on prospect volume, the prompts you provide, the integrations you maintain, and the quality of your follow-up.
Monthly subscription quality: if the agent goes down or materially degrades for more than 24 consecutive hours, email us; we will credit a pro-rated portion of the current month against the next invoice as a courtesy. There is no contractual SLA on the public Voice Receptionist tiers; a signed SLA addendum is available on request for Concierge Ultra and Enterprise tiers.
Annual prepay waiver: when you prepay 10 monthly payments up front for 12 months of service ("2 months free"), the setup fee is waived. The annual prepay itself is non-refundable except as required by law (mirroring Section 3 below).
The annual prepay is non-refundable except as required by law. You receive 12 months of service for the price of 10. If you wish to cancel an annual prepay, you may do so by emailing us; you will continue to receive service through the end of the paid annual period and no further charge will occur.
UGC video creative produced under the Growth + AI + UGC plan is provided to you under a term-limited license by default. You may use the videos in your ad campaigns while your subscription is active, plus 12 months after cancellation. A perpetual license is available as a paid upsell at the time of cancellation; pricing on request.
If you reject a specific video as unsuitable for your brand before publication, we replace it at no charge. We do not refund subscription fees for UGC creative that has been delivered, even if you ultimately choose not to run it.
If you believe a charge was incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first at audit@beverlyhillsgrowth.com with subject Billing dispute. We respond within 2 business days and resolve legitimate disputes promptly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first is significantly more expensive for us (chargeback fees) and slower for you. We reserve the right to terminate service and pursue collection for any chargeback we believe to be in bad faith.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment-services provider. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Checkout Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment-card number, CVC, or bank credentials. Stripe holds them as a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which we will add at checkout where required by law. International clients are responsible for any import or remittance obligations in their own jurisdiction.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 14 days. Your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your statement. Email us if 14 business days after the refund email you do not see the credit.
