We agree on the limits.
The proposal states the included edit allowance, response window and any access we need. A redesign, new page, custom feature, large content project or outside software subscription is separate unless the written scope includes it.

Care keeps the existing website and listing in order. A competitive local SEO program, ongoing article production or earned-link outreach needs its own scope and budget.
Nothing starts automatically.
You explicitly choose care. Buying a website does not enroll you in a subscription. The monthly service, price changes and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment.

stays yours.
After the build is paid, the finished custom site files belong to you. If you decline or cancel care, we provide the handover details so you or another provider can run it. Your domain stays in your own account.
You will need independent hosting and a domain if we no longer host the site. Third-party software and licensed assets keep their own terms. We explain the transfer details in your agreement.
