Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026 · CP Global Dynamics LLC d/b/a Beverly Hills Growth
The short version. Do not abuse our site or our services. Don't spam our forms, don't try to break our chatbot, don't impersonate someone, don't scrape, don't ship malware, and don't use our deliverables to violate any law or any third-party platform's terms. Breaking these rules means we cut access and may pursue any remedy the law allows.
1. Scope
This policy applies to anyone who uses any Beverly Hills Growth surface: the website, the free audit form, the AI chat widget, our cold-outreach emails, the Stripe checkout, and any deliverable we provide to a paying client.
2. You agree not to:
2.1 Spam or abuse our forms
- Submit the audit form on behalf of someone else without permission.
- Submit the audit form repeatedly with fake or test data (use a clearly-marked test address if you must; we will see and respect it).
- Send automated submissions, scripted attacks, or volumetric requests.
- Bypass Cloudflare Turnstile or any other anti-abuse measure.
2.2 Abuse the AI chat widget
- Try to extract our system prompt, internal instructions, or any non-public configuration.
- Inject prompts intended to make the assistant produce harmful, illegal, defamatory, or off-brand content.
- Use the assistant to generate content for harassment, fraud, scam outreach, or impersonation.
- Treat the assistant as if it were a licensed professional (lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, therapist). It is not.
- Submit Protected Health Information, sensitive personal information of others, payment-card data, or government-issued ID numbers into the chat.
2.3 Scrape, mirror, or republish
- Scrape our site at a rate higher than human use, or with tools that ignore robots.txt or our rate limits.
- Mirror or republish our content (text, images, audit templates) without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer our site, APIs, or deliverables.
2.4 Misuse our deliverables
- Use any UGC video we produce in a way that infringes a third party's right of publicity, copyright, or trademark.
- Run our UGC creative without complying with Meta, TikTok, or any other platform's "made with AI" labeling requirements.
- Use our audit content to make a representation we did not make (e.g., "Beverly Hills Growth endorses…").
2.5 Break the law or third-party terms
- Use the services in violation of any law, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, FTC Act § 5, the Lanham Act, or any state-level consumer-protection law.
- Use the services in a way that breaches Google's Search Essentials, Google Business Profile policy, Meta's Community Standards or Advertising Policies, TikTok's Community Guidelines or Ad Policies, or the terms of any other platform involved in our work for you.
- Use the services to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or to harass any person.
2.6 Endanger or disrupt the service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or similar harmful code.
- Interfere with, overload, or degrade the service for other users.
- Forge headers, manipulate identifiers, or attempt to evade rate limits or anti-abuse systems.
2.7 Outbound calling and AI Voice Receptionist
The following rules apply to any AI Voice Receptionist service (Starter, Pro, Concierge, Enterprise, or Outbound add-on) you subscribe to, and to any use of our public demo line at +1 (833) 695-2183:
- TCPA compliance is your responsibility. For any outbound calling activity originated through Provider-provisioned voice infrastructure, you warrant prior express written consent ("PEWC") as defined by 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(f)(9) for every recipient phone number. You agree to provide PEWC records on request within 5 business days.
- No autodialing, AMD-routed campaigns, or call blasts without explicit per-campaign authorization from Beverly Hills Growth. The Outbound Calling add-on tier is the only context in which we provision outbound calling capability; outbound is not enabled on any subscription by default.
- Recording disclosure (California CIPA, two-party consent states). For inbound calls handled by your Voice Receptionist agent, the Provider supplies a default in-call consent prompt; you confirm it is appropriate for every state from which you receive calls. We do not record calls without two-party-consent notice in California.
- Verticals out of scope without a separately-negotiated engagement: third-party debt collection, political fundraising or campaign IVR, debt restructuring sales, payday lending, ICE / immigration enforcement, weapons sales, adult-content sales, gambling outside lawful US jurisdictions, and any TCPA-regulated outbound to recipients on the National Do Not Call Registry (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(c)) without an existing-business-relationship exemption you can document.
- No impersonation. You may not configure the agent to impersonate any specific real person, government official, licensed professional (lawyer, doctor, therapist), or competitor business. Synthetic agent personas (a first name and a friendly persona) are permitted; pretending to be a specific real human is not.
- No use against our demo line. Do not flood, fuzz, prompt-inject, or otherwise abuse the public demo line at +1 (833) 695-2183. Reasonable evaluation calls (a handful of minutes from a prospective customer) are welcome; sustained abuse will be rate-limited and may result in carrier-level blocking of your number.
Indemnity for the items above is set out in Section 14 of the Terms of Service and Sections 9A and 9B of the Master Services Agreement.
3. Coordinated security research
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please email audit@beverlyhillsgrowth.com with subject Security report before any disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who: (a) act in good faith; (b) avoid any access to other users' data; (c) do not disrupt service; and (d) give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in any combination of the following remedies, at our sole discretion: (a) refusal to process a submission; (b) rate-limiting your IP or domain; (c) blocking your access; (d) termination of a paid engagement (without refund where the violation caused the termination); (e) referral to law enforcement; (f) any civil remedy the law allows. The arbitration clause in our Terms of Service governs any dispute about an enforcement action.
5. Reporting abuse by others
If you see someone misusing our site, our chatbot, our cold outreach, or our brand name, please tell us at audit@beverlyhillsgrowth.com.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when needed. Material changes are communicated to active clients by email 30 days before they take effect.
